By purchasing or downloading this sample pack (“Sounds”), you (“Licensee”) are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Sounds royalty-free in commercial and non-commercial music productions.
2. PERMITTED USES
You may:
a. Use the Sounds in your own original compositions, beats, productions, and songs.
b. Distribute and release music containing the Sounds on any platform (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, etc.) without paying additional royalties.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:

This license is perpetual, but it will be terminated if you violate any of the terms above.
